Amelia Pan is a Managing Director in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, the global, advisory focused investment bank.

Before joining PJT Partners, Ms. Pan was a Partner in the London office at Brunswick Group, where she founded the global ESG practice to advise clients on sustainable value creation. Previously, Ms. Pan was a senior member of the International Sales and Trading desk at J.P. Morgan for 13 years, leading the Corporate Access team in New York and London.

Ms. Pan serves on the Advisory Board of Workiva, a publicly listed SaaS technology firm. She holds a postgraduate certificate in Sustainability from the University of Cambridge, an MSc from the University of London School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), and an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan.
