Craig Fagan is a partner in Perkins Coie’s London office. His counsel to clients draws on both his work in private practice in private equity, M&A, and growth capital transactions and as general counsel for a global AI-driven software as a service provider to banks, financial institutions, and fintech clients. With more than a decade of experience, Craig has handled a wide range of transactions, including growth capital investments, acquisitions, and commercial transactions in the U.K. and international markets.

His work is informed by his executive-level experience overseeing fundraising processes and equity transactions, legal and regulatory matters, and new jurisdiction expansion and governance.
