She provides strategic, commercially focused legal counsel to leadership and commercial teams. Previously at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty and Burberry, she trained and practised at Slaughter and May.

Her expertise encompasses cross-border transactions (including Burberry Beauty's licensing to Coty), commercial partnerships, marketing law, IP, employment, and supply chain operations across luxury, fashion and beauty. Marianne also serves as Trustee of the restorative justice charity, Why me? UK, advocating for greater access to restorative justice.
