Vivien is the Data Protection Officer and Head of Data Protection for L’Oréal UK & Ireland. Previously, Vivien spent 15 years at BT plc in various Data Privacy and Commercial legal roles in the Group.  She is a passionate advocate for compliance as an enabler - leveraging robust privacy/AI/cyber frameworks to build customer trust, foster ethical growth, and create a secure environment for digital innovation within the ever-evolving legal and regulatory landscape in which we operate.
