Emma is the General Counsel and Company Secretary at L’Oréal UK & Ireland, the leading beauty company in the market dedicated to creating the beauty that moves the world. Prior to joining L’Oréal, Emma was Group General Counsel and Company Secretary at Selfridges Group, a world-leading luxury retail group with businesses across the UK, the Netherlands, Ireland, and Canada. Emma spent ten years at global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright as a corporate lawyer. Emma has been a consistent advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion, and was a founding member of the Selfridges Group Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Council. Emma is passionate about navigating the evolving legal landscape of the beauty industry to foster sustainable growth, innovation, and consumer trust.
