Olivia leads the legal function for the Estee Lauder Companies, supporting all brands in the ELC portfolio across the UK and Ireland. She provides commercial and strategic legal counsel to leadership and business stakeholders across all brands and functions that operate in the UK market, from commercial to procurement to charity partnerships. Olivia has trained and practiced at Norton Rose Fulbright and has also previously worked at Macquarie Bank.

Her experience covers commercial and charity partnerships, marketing law and claims, IP, competition, indirect procurement and supply chain operations across luxury beauty.
