Will Andrews has been Head of Education at Coty UK&I since 2017. He is an industry-recognized Fragrance Expert, with broad technical & market knowledge, built from over 20-years in Beauty R&D at P&G, followed by 10-years in retail-facing education for Coty’s Luxury division. As a trained fragrance evaluator and master storyteller, he builds strong connections between olfactive themes and brand identity, with a current focus on educating the in-store teams who sell fine fragrances.

Will has given public lectures on all aspects of fragrance design at The Royal Institution, The Royal Society of Chemistry, SCS, IFRA and Chemistry in Action for Schools, contributed to multiple press articles and industry associations, including the Fragrance Foundation and the British Society of Perfumers.
