Adam Vallance is the General Counsel and a board director at Beauty Pie, the VC-backed luxury beauty disruptor. Having led the legal aspects of the company’s $100m Series B fundraise, Adam established the legal function from the ground up and now leads its global legal and regulatory operations.

Prior to Beauty Pie, Adam was Head of Legal at lifestyle brand FitFlop. He began his career as a corporate M&A lawyer at Herbert Smith Freehills in London and Singapore.
